The only way I was able to get this swap done was to make a very detailed list or two. You should see my "cut list"....it was pretty intimidating at first, but it really did help me stay organized AND it helped me calculate how much paper I had to buy. I only overestimated by a few sheets, and I can use those for my Disney album for this year's trip, so they won't go to waste.

As for chronic list making, my packing list for our trip isn't just what to bring....it's which specific piece of luggage the item will be in, too. I also have wardrobe lists for each day so we don't run out of clothes that match!

The flower ribbon on the mat, I don't have enough to do all white. So some will be white, some pink.

These are gorgeous! I am so glad I am in that group!

We are coming up on the mailing. Just so there are no surprises, please read the following!

Any spot that is not marked postal by 7/25 will be angeled by AWM and me on 7/26. We will have to work like maniacs to get it done.

If it is postal by 7/26 and you provide a tracking number, I will wait to swap if it is not here on 8/1.

If it is postal on 7/26 and you did not provide a tracking number, I will swap without it if it is not here on 8/1. I will not be able to angel that late.


Combination Shipping for elements and pages
If your things fit in one box I will hold it for the pages upon your request. If your things just barely fit, please don't ask me to combine. I don't want your things to get wrecked by poor packaging. Remember, your things may fit, but the other pages or elements may by thicker and take up more space -- skittles take up space! Last, the cost of shipping for these boxes will be significant. I won't be able to foot the bill. If you are short on postage, I'll send you a pm and wait for the difference.

I have just about everything cut out. I ran out of paper and had to pick up some more. I will be assembling them on Sunday probably. I just signed up for elements. Everything posted has been beautiful. I can't wait to get this back.

Whoo Hoo! All Done!! I just have to stop by Target to get the 2.5 gallon bags tomorrow and tape up the box. Will send the DC after I mail Monday.

Just a reminder -- as long as the indiviual bags are labeled, you can put both letters from one group in one 2.5 gallon bag. I do really appreciate it. It will make the sorting a lot easier for me. If you have already sent in 2 bags, you will get both back.

I definatly have these finished and mailed on time. I had a rough week last week (I thought I pulled a muscle in my side but they don't know why I hurt so bad. and then I stepped on a tennis ball and hurt my leg). I will post new picks when I get done but it may be close to the end of the week.

Although AWM's box arrived days ago, I just opened it.

WOW WOW WOW!!!!!!

We all know these look better in person -- but something about your groups does not photograph well. The Eeyore set, which I loved in the photo, is gorgeous -- the colors are so much prettier than on-line. The pink gang set -- again the paper is just so pretty! I'm gushing now, but really what great work!

Group 1 T - Need to attach vines and letters, Topiary Mickeys

Group 1 P - Done
Group 1 Y - Embellish Journal Box

Group 2 D - Cut "D", glue on title. Finish cutting hydrangeas, finish assembling Pluto heads, assemble flower pot
Group 2 W - Cut, embellish slide mounts

I should have everything except the Mickey's done tomorrow.

Group 1 - I: finish the embellishments on photomats and journals
J: finish up the titles

Group 2 - M: Done.
P: finish the element

Will mail tomorrow. But may have to do it after the PO closes. Will use the self-service machine to mail, and post updated status tomorrow evening.

But, I ran out of yellow paper and Michael's was out of the matching yellow.
I will check Jo-Ann's tonight and if they don't have a match I will adjust to use some Yellow I do have but make sure that each individual set has the same shade of yellow.

I will mail tomorrow! I hope to post pictures of my completed and embellised groups too.

I have completed my Group 1 B - Best Friends and my Group 1 H - Hakuna Matata. I have these bagged and labeled and ready to be mailed tomorrow. My husband says I am spending to much time on all of this stuff and not enough time with him, so I told him I would take a little time off. Of course I am going to start making Disney shirts for DD5 now!! Ha ha if it isn't one thing it is another. He should be used to that by now though.
