abc commissary breakfast

Has anyone been to the commissary recently? I was just looking at their menu for breakfast and I don't see the breakfast platters anymore. Have they stopped carrying them?

Yes they have stopped carrying the platters like they used to have. All you can get now is bagels and other assorted pastries. We were bummed...but it is one of the few places you can actually get something to eat before 11:00am.

Then I guess we will be forced to eat more breakfast's at our resorts. Disney needs to come up with some better options for breakfast.

Aww, that's too bad. Having a CS place serving real breakfast in the parks is nice. I'll miss that.

(I work in an office, so pastries are not a treat to me! It seems like there's always someone bringing in bagels, doughnuts, coffee cake, or something else. Now eggs, bacon, and hash browns...that's a treat!)

A terrific option for us was always the Concourse Steakhouse (The Wave now) in the Contemporary. I was looking at the menu when it re-opened and it seemed the same. No crowd and great service every time. The CM even remembered our drink order the second and third time we went one year. It would be a good choice no matter where you are staying especially if you were going to MK for the day.
