ABBF-wonderful!

We just used A Baby's Best Friend and were totally thrilled with the service. I called on Tuesday to reserve a crib for Wednesday, no problem. It was in perfect condition, waiting for us in bell services when we arrived Wednesday night. The staff was friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend them to everyone. Huge thumbs up!!

I agree completely. I was more than thrilled the first time we used them. Professional, courtesy, dependable, and cleanliness are adjectives that come to mind when I think back to the times we have reserved with them. As a retired Customer Service trainer, I can see this is a priority with ABBF.

We always rent from A Baby's Best Friend and have been very pleased each time. Their strollers are great, the cribs are real size with all the bedding, and everything is so very clean. We would not go to WDW without them.

I'll tell you what, we just returned (again) from WDW and ABBF is the best thing that happened to our vacation. Our DS slept so soundly in his "Mickey Bed" (that's what he called his crib with the Mickey Bedding. . . he was almost more excited about that than the rides!) ABBF could not have been more wonderful in their products and service and professionalism. Our crib, stroller, toys, and microwave were all waiting for us in the luggage room when were arrived. And it was nice knowing that everything was clean and ready for us to use. I like that everything is delivered sealed in plastic, and you can tell the products are close to new. I think A Baby's Best Friend is also a parent's best friend!

On a side note, we used WeGoShop also and found that to be a great deal. Just what we requested and on time. Definitely worth what they charge (and I tip pretty good, too), not to have to shlep to the store after arriving.

We can't wait to go back!
