The least member services could do is make sure their online reservation system can handle the volume when their offices are closed due to a holiday! I've been trying to book the same reservation for the last hour and every time I get half way through typing in all the guest names, I get a "Service Unavailable" error. I realize that a lot of people are trying to get December reservations at 11 months out, and if I can realize that, why can't Disney plan for the increase in volume to the online booking site?
