No, but I think I'll talk like a pirate all day tommorrow. Maybe I'll freak everybody out enough that they'll leave me alone.

I'll give you the Cliff's notes version:

Committee on Special Education meeting...nothing accomplished, tears

Inept contractors

Laundry out my ears

Heartburn

Other, numerous, petty complaints about little annoyances throughout my day that made me want to crawl under the covers and never come out, while also making me feel ungrateful for all the wonderful things in my life.

Can I join you? Aaarrgggghhh!!! This has been a horrible week.

Tuesday morning woke up to a note from DH telling me to call a plumber. Said he heard watering running in the crawl space. Turns out our hot water heater was leaking through the floor. New owners of a new hot water heater. Visa is happier.

Last night, getting into bed to go to sleep. A phone call from DH. My truck died called me a tow truck. Ching ching for Visa and of course whatever the truck will be.

Meanwhile who has to stay home from work with no pay each time? I have no way to get there until the truck is fixed. This is a brand new job. Sure doesn't look good calling off so much so soon. Oh well...




Instead of just keep swimming my motto will be "just keep smiling, just keep smiling...."
