Yes.
You can activate your resort package tickets up to 10 days before your check-in date.
Just go to any Guest Relations outside any park or at Disney Springs.

Note that you won’t be able to book advanced fast passes for the day prior to the package reservation until you activate the tickets at guest services.

If the tickets are part of a package (sounds like they are) you won’t be able to use them until check-in date for that reservation (for you that would be the 31st).

Darn. They will have to remember to carry them with them. We were told that redeeming as part of a package you dont have to. I guess redeeming a day early is diferent
