Feeling a little *shack wacky*, as mom would say!!

Kids are home from school, STILL!!- this makes 5 Storm days since last Thursday, everything is closed, including the Causeway!! No getting on - or off - the Island...

Please don't sprinkle any Pixie Dust on us for sun...we can't take any more stuff that has to be shoveled!!

Least I got my DisFriends!!

Hey - we had a snow day here too......yesterday!
I hope this will make you feel better - you're not alone

We had about 4 inches here in the Atlanta area. Everyone freaks out, kids put on an extra pair of socks (on their hands....no gloves!) and make funny looking snowmen for about 15 minutes, then they are too cold! I got out the box marked "winter stuff" - dusted it off, and handed out gloves, scarves, touques (they don't really know what that means....hee-hee!) and boots to the neighbourhood kids.

My kids, however stayed out for about 5 hours and worked on a couple more creative things to add to the list (see my tag...LOL!) Called DH who is in Toronto this week and told him we have had our winter....it lasted a day, but too bad he'll miss it - he's coming back on Saturday!

No worries for those driving down for spring break......it supposed to be sunny and 65F this weekend.

Easy come......easy go!
