Aaaack! I can't believe I lost it!!!

I have searched high and low for our RCI exchange certificate and I cannot find it anywhere. I could swear I put it in our file box for all paperwork and it is not there!!!

Now I do have a piling addiction, but DH and I have both searched through every pile in this house and it is nowhere to be found.

PLEASE somebody tell me I can get this replaced. We leave in 4 weeks.

man this stinks sorry you lost it but lets think now....

could it be where you keep your pass port, bills, or airline tickets (if using)?
this has happened to me too so i know what your going through.

You should be able to log on to your RCI account, and the exchange certificate number should be right there on your vacations planned..weeks deposited exchanged...??

All else fails, give RCI a call - I'm sure you're not the first to misplace a piece of paper and they have a policy to help you out!!

Good luck, and let us know what happens!..in the meantime, did you check on the computer desk? On top of the microwave? In your bedside drawer? Your purse?...my all time "tuck it in a safe place, then forgot where I put it - laundry cabinet"!!

No problem at all. Just log into your RCI account and you should be able to print a new one. Or, as suggested, RCI will send you another.

And I always take mine along and have it in my hand (mostly for the directions to the resort if nothing else) but the check-in clerk seldom even looks at it.

Okay, deep breath! I did find it! I swear I had looked in that file once or even twice before and then all of a sudden there it was. Phew!

Thanks for all of the help. Honestly, we are doing the exchange thru my ILs and I really didn't want ot admit that I had lost it.

Sheila, I was kind of thinking they have never asked to see it before, but it would have been unbearably depressing to get all the way to Orlando and then have a problem.

I have now filled out my Diamond Lane check in and I know FOR SURE where that form is now!
