AAA Will Call Voucher for AP: first timer

AAA Northeast offers a very similar discount to a travel benefit my husband would get through his employer, but it says "A will call certificate will be emailed to you within an hour of your purchase. Please present a printed copy with a valid photo ID at one of the sales locations listed on your certificate."

Does this sound like you have to wait to get to Disney to link the tickets to your account so we can make FPs at the 60 day mark? And the Will Call Certificate, anyone know if one of the "AAA sales locations" would be at the IG?

I got my AP through AAA South in 2018. I was able to link it to my account for use with FP+ but I already had a resort stay booked. However, the benefits (discounts, etc). The AP ticket didn't take effect until I "activated" it at the ticket booth at International Gateway. Your AP expiration date is based on the date it is activated instead of the date purchased.
