Ok....so which discount is better? I am both a AAA member and an AP holder. Which discount should I use when booking my trip for June 2006? Also - I will need 2 rooms. Can I book 2 rooms and get a discount on both?

Thanks in advance for your help! :flower:

Traditionally, if you have an AP, the discount has been greater over the last several years (AAA = 10 - 20% off, AP = $20-$80 off) , but there's no guarantee an AP discount will come out, and it will only come out a few months in advance. AAA rates have already come out for 2006, so you might want to go ahead and book with AAA. I'm not certain about multiple rooms with AAA, but traditionally you could book up to 3 rooms with an AP. Under the BRP, you would have to book the 3 rooms one at a time online, all with you as one of the guests, and then later call Disney to change the names.

Form Mousesavers.com : American Automobile Association (AAA) and Canadian Automobile Association (CAA) members qualify for "room only" discounts almost year-round, though there are a limited number of rooms available for each date. You can generally save about 10-20% at the Disney resort hotels, depending on the season.

In general, the discounts run as follows:

During Value Season you can get up to 15% off at the Disney Deluxe and Home-Away-From-Home resorts, or 20% off at the Value and Moderate resorts and the Ft. Wilderness campsites.
During Regular Season you can usually get up to 10% off at the Disney Deluxe and Home-Away-From-Home resorts, or 15% off at the Value and Moderate resorts and the Ft. Wilderness campsites.
During Peak Season you can usually get up to 10% off at the Disney Deluxe and Home-Away-From-Home resorts, or 15% off at the Value and Moderate resorts.
The only time AAA/CAA discounts don't usually apply is Holiday Season (around Christmas

mickeyluv'r - thanks for all the info!

So there is no guarentee that an AP rate will come out for my stay, right? I tried looking online, but Disney is only showing rooms with AP rates until Feb '06. I still have plenty of time - so I don't mind waiting.

Also - with booking through my AP rate, can I ask for adjoining rooms? Or at least rooms near each other? Or is that something I should ask for when I check in or a few days before I check in?

Again, thanks for the info! I really appreciate it!
