AAA Travel Agent Contact

My sister in law has a AAA discount room only reservation for 5 nights in Aug. I spoke with a Disney Representative yesterday, and he informed me that she could convert her room only reservation to a AAA travel agent and then add dining to her reservation.

Does anyone have the email address of a AAA agent that has experience with this?

Will she still be able to be part of the Grand Gathering we have setup?

Besides not having her room key and tickets hooked up to the same card, is there any other draw back?

your sister in law must have the phone number you can not call she must. she has the res #. should be no problem for her to still be a part of the gathering.

she needs to call her local AAA Travel Office. they'll take control of the reservation (although that's effectively canceling the existing room only and booking a new package).

AAA is relatively strict about respecting state lines. If you have a problem with your AAA office, you may be able to go elsewhere, but generally speaking, that's the place to start.

the information you were given is correct though. anyone can give you a AAA room discount but only AAA can give that to you as part of a package

it will have no direct effect on GG eligibility (it'll be a new reservation so it'd have to be manually relinked to anything however)
