It depends on the actual club. If you call them, they can order them direct from Disney in advance at a discounted price for you.

Every AAA office is different. You'd have to call your local office or visit them on line. Personally, I found the prices at for the tickets at the Disney Store to be cheaper than AAA. Don't know if you are near a store.

Be sure to ask if Disney store prices include tax. When we checked with the store, indeed we found the price at the store better. But we also discovered (at least here in Ohio), they charge Florida tax (including all Orlando/Kissimmee tourism taxes) even though you may purchase the tickets outside of Florida. You may want to clarify that at the Disney store before you purchase. We asked at three different Disney stores in our area (Dayton/Cincinnati) and all three charged the Florida tax.

Many local AAA offices include tax in their quotes (be sure to check). By the time they tag on 11%-14% taxes at the Disney store, the AAA quote is a better price.
