AAA ticket question

Hello! received my packet of info from AAA today including our airline tickets for Jun 18-21 for AKL...a couple of questions if any of you can stand any more!!! (yes, we're disney virgins!)...
After reading your great posts, I heard "inner circle" at AKL is the place to be so and I called and requested it and see it as a "special request" on our tix...is that for my benefit or may it really happen?
for magical express, we got the letter explaining we may not get our tags but to present our disney magical express info to the welcome center...what info will we need? also, anyone know what our chances are of getting the info in time?
sorry for such stupid questions....just trying to avoid "issues" since we're traveling with our 2 year old and 4 year old! thanks for helping!!

As far as I know you really do not need any information other than the paper you just said you have when you get off your plane in Orlando and proceed to the Magical Express welcoming area (lowest level on the A side).

At least try to get a written confirmation of your Magical Express reservation including your flight number and airline name. This is important if your plane arrives after 10 PM. It helps if you get the name of the person you talked whenever you call Disney or anyone else to make reservations, etc. The Magical Express hot line number is, toll free, 866-599-0951.

I am not sure what the inner circle at Animal Kingdom Lodge is, I did not know of any special area at any resort for AAA guests.
