AAA rates not recognized

in new reservations system. Loews and Universal site both kick out to the new system and dates that did have AAA rates recently no longer have them. I wonder if this is the place to watch for APH rates if it doesn't recognize AAA promo. Has anyone called about rates? Somehow I thought Jan APH rates would come out in Nov.

apparently, the on line ressie site does not have the aph or aaa loaded into the system yet.

I just booked with the AAA rates for that time of year but I called them directly.

I read another thread where somebody booked directly on the AAA website to get the AAA rate.

I booked using the AAA rate by calling the hotel directly. I tried the AAA website to book, but I didn't see an option to request a non-smoking room and we must have non-smoking for medical reasons. The guy we booked the room with on the phone was fantastic! He repeated everything we said back to us, and even wrote in the computer that we'd need a "non-smoking room for medical reasons" And we got the AAA rate with no problem; $191.20 per night for two nights in May!

i had room booked for next July and when AAA rates came out i phoned them and they changed the rates to AAA, and also got free upgrade for Loews gold membership
