AAA rate for WL?

Anybody know the value season AAA rate for WL? I just booked WL for the first week in Feb. Since the 2008 rates are not out yet I booked it on the 2007 figures, knowing it will go up. However, the AAA TA gave me a nightly rate of $249 (with tax) - That does not seem correct since the rack rate for WL during value season is $215 (without tax) I have emailed but gotten no response yet. Just wondering if anyone else had booked and what their rate was.

It will depend on your view.

That $215/nt. rate is for standard view. When I called last February to book my early December trip all that was available with AAA discount was the courtyard view. They may have not offered other views with the AAA discount or I may have been too late and all the rooms with other views and the discount may have already been booked.

The AAA rate that I got for courtyard view is $229.50, which was about the same as rack rate for woods view.

We just booked the same room at a similar time. Our TA said the AAA rates / rooms allocated aren't out yet so we had to book at rack rate to guarantee a room. She's calling back the min the AAA rooms are released.

I just got an email from my TA and she said the exact thing. ( She also said that the AAA rate for Standard View (2007) is $187.50 instead of the $215 rack rate. ) However, our rooms were booked at the rack rate and the rate will be adjusted when the 2008 rates come out.
