You are getting short changed by your agent. Unless, you get the deluxe package with
AAA you could end up with only preferred parking as a perk. I think they give you a special map, too of the parks. The perks vary season by season and from time to time. I think it's at a low time low with AAA and any giveaways, right now. AAA had a special lounge in MK where you could relax, have a soda, etc. and that's gone this year.
I'm not trying to sound mean, but I think you have high expectations about the perks. If you are on a deluxe plan, your agent is really doing you an injustice. You're paying more and I would think you should have better service. Now, this agent may not know, but that's not an excuse not to find out. I would go, as far as, a supervisor, if you don't get definitive answers.
Also, you may want to ask others on these boards in a different post what they are receiving in their package from AAA, right now.
