AAA paperwork

This is the first time I booked a package through AAA. It is for the second week in December. The AAA TA emailed me with a confirmation # and told me that my final payment is due in late October, and she will contact me a few days prior to remind me. I know that I can't see my reservation on WDW website because I booked through a TA, but I am just wondering if I should have received anything else, or is the email confirmation standard, and I will just receive all my paperwork after the final payment is paid. Thanks :)

We just booked AAA for the first time too. We were faxed a copy of our reservation (with ressie #) to verify, a form to offically decline insurance and another form to sign for credit card payment of the deposit. We verified all information and signed on the dotted line returning the docs via fax before she would process the reservation. We have a copy of each for our records.

Not sure if this is standard, but I like having the information for my own confirmation. If you want a copy of your reservation, I would ask her to get you one.

Magical Wish for a Great Trip!!

Thanks, I actually had to email her back something similar to what you faxed. I had to initial where I declined travel insurance and sign to authorize the deposit to be charged, I guess I will wait to see when she contacts me in October. :)

I received paperwork that I had to sign and send back to my TA showing I delined trip insurance. When I changed my resort she didn't send me any paperwork to sign since my confirmation number stayed the same.

I emailed my TA the other day since I knew that my payment is coming due and to check on my reservations. She confirmed all my reservatoins. She also said that she just needed to know what credit card to make my final payment, whether to use the same one or another one.

I booked through AAA for the first time on this trip. My TA mailed me a copy of the confirmation paperwork that she got from Disney that listed my resort (with preferences), passes, dining, etc. a few days after I made my deposit. When I changed resorts (POR to CSR) she sent me a new confirmation with the changes on it. I'd call your AAA TA and ask her to either mail or fax to you the confirmation paperwork.

I just had 2 ressies on hold that I did myself direct to CRO, and got letters & a little trip folder with park maps, dining tips, etc. Since I ended up cancelling those out & using a TA, I have received nothing other than the paper showing the ressie, resort, dates, insurance, deposit, etc. She said I won't get any "Disney" papers or booklets until 3 weeks prior to the trip. Darn! One perk of booking yourself directly I guess is that you have the Disney papers in hand sooner. The anticipation is killing me!

We booked our upcoming trip through our AAA TA back in April. We also put the deposit down and signed the paperwork. They called to remind me when the balance was due. We just got a call from them today saying our documents have arrived from Disney and I can pick them up :cool1: . I bet it will be the same for you.
