AAA or AP discount on WL deluxe room?

The cheapest option at a deluxe resort was the deluxe room at WL with concierge at $480 a night with 6 of us. Thats a BIG ouch... I dont really want to stay at the cabins.. hubby said he didnt either and he usually could care less what I book!. Can I get an AAA discount on the room? Now, we are going for our anniversary during free dining and going to take our 1 day base pass and upgrade to an AP to use the discounts (just for me since I know I will go back next year... DH probably wont). If AP rates come out for December, can I use the discount on this type of room?

My understanding is you can't double up on discounts. Since you have free dining, AAA or AP discount is not available. It's one or the other.

Sorry... we are going with no discount *unless I call AAA and see what they have* for free dining... just hubby and I... but then going back in December with the kids. So two separate trips. I am looking at December, if we can do an AAA or AP discount on that type of room then

As for what the AAA discount is, I dont really know. It can be 20% on values I think during value season
