AAA in May 2007

I don't get it! I saw on the May 2007 watch thread that some of you have booked with AAA already. My AAA TA says that she "still isn't getting accurate pricing." What does that mean? We're planning May 12-19 either at CBR or POR. Is anyone else having trouble getting a AAA quote for May?

Having trouble here. I can't get the AAA discount for the majority of my clients traveling in May. We did speak to an agent @ WDTC who said that they hadn't downloaded all available discounted rooms. With all the wrong answers given, I imagine this is probablly incorrect too but it's hard to tell.

At this point, I'm taking the wait and see approach. As in wait and see if more discounts come out. My thought, they couldn't have possibly booked all the discounted rooms for that month this far out. Who knows!

I booked last week with AAA for April 26 - May 4, 2 standard rooms at POP for 5 adults, 8 day base tickets, no hopping for $2746. The AAA discount was 15% off the rooms. The quote I got from Disney CRO was $3014. Saved $268.

Booked with my AAA agent for May 3-10 at POP with Dining and Preferred room, park hopper with water for 2800.00 No air in that price.

Where is the May 2007 watch thread? Haven't seen that one yet.

My wonderful AAA agent who just happens to be belleandthebeast who posted above was able to get the AAA discount for our May 23-31 stay at POR!!! We must have been extremely lucky because she said she was only able to get the discount for just one other client besides myself. That one other client has three rooms booked and could only get the discount on just one of the three rooms. Isn't that strange? It's very hard to imagine that all the discounted rooms are already booked this far in advance. I'm just very thankful to have my AAA agent because she takes such good care of me!!!

I booked my trip for June 22-28, 2007 through AAA at the end of July 2006. I booked the room only first---ASmu in a suite. When the packages came out she just changed it over. I have 6-day park hopper plus water parks plus dining for a family of five for $4331 (tax included). Just waiting to see if anymore discounts will come up between now and then. I sure hope so. It will be our first trip to WDW. Additional discounts or not we're going. Can't wait!

We're going to be resort buddies! We are booked for POR May 23-June 2!! We went from 7 nights to 9 nights to 10 nights I just don't want to come home once we're there

OP I booked as soon as the AAA package rates were released 2 weeks ago. My AAA TA didn't even know the rates were out (of course, they were pretty clueless overall They are still sending out paperwork that says kids are 3-11 at restaurants, and I got into an argument with a TA who insisted that unless I got their AAA preferred parking pass, I would have to pay for parking at the parks even though we are staying on site. I feel bad for those not "in the know" - thank God for the DIS!!!)
