Does a AAA membership card also give you food discounts at the onsite hotels, or just in the parks and CityWalk?

It's just Parks and citywalk cause the onstie hotels do not give AAA discounts

I seem to recall some of the hotel restaurants did honor our AAA card.. and some didn't. I'd ask every thing, for every transaction just to be safe!

We used our AAA card at The Kitchen at HRH several times when we were there in August, 2009. Hope to be using it again this August . Doesn't hurt to ask anywhere you eat though.

It's a 10% discount. Just ask every place you go... Also the shops in the parks and City Walk.
