Probably most any -- except Emeril's.
We have not eaten a lot at USO. Usually just in the park (counter service).
We have PAPs at USO too. We use that for a meal discount. But they also accept AAA. I have used that in a pinch too.
Their counter services are more plentiful and better than Disney's too.
CS food is one area Disney could learn from US.
USO even has a Cheesecake factory. Not a full service restaurant that is WONDERFUL. But a deli type that is pretty darn good.

If you book at least a room with tickets package through AAA you get a "Diamond" card that gets some discounts.

I thinks it includes a few of the Downtown Disney resturants, and Earl of Sandwich. It does not get any discounts at restuants in the parks though.
