Thanks for the info
Cheaptickets is very open about their codes/specials - they usually list them right on the home page. This week it's "FESTIVE". Just plug that into the "I have a promo code" box when you do a search, and Bob's your uncle!
Many people who use cheaptickets simply book a 2 Queen room with 2 adults and later call the Universal hotel directly and add the kids...no charge that way. There is a charge of $25 per adult if more than two are staying in one room though.
correct, Loews do not match third party's prices.
They told me they do not match third party websites.
Be careful doing this. When I talked to Loews directly she warned me some people have tried this and were upset because they were later billed the extra charge. She warned me upfront on this issue.
Why would they incur an extra charge? Loews doesn't charge for anyone under 18 in the room. They should only do it if you try to add extra adults.
Do any of you know if you book Loews Royal Pacific using Cheaptickets, Will you still qualify for the Loews loyalty program? Or do you have to book with Loews?
With Cheaptickets' current promo code I'd save about $78. which would really be great! But I'd love to get my Loews perks...
if you book with a 3rd party, that stay does not qualify for the Loews YouFirst program.
i could save money with a 3rd party but i need my stays counted so i book thru Loews to keep my platinum status.
Are the discounts worth the cost of the AAA membership?
