AAA Discounts

Another probably dumb question

Like a lot of people in the UK I am an AA member - am I able to take my card over to Orlando and use the card at shops (wherever they may be) that accept AAA discounts or is it an entirely different company? I was not sure if they were linked some way.

Also is there a list of shops that accept this discount at the various parks whether that be Disney, Universal, Sea World or Busch?
