Im not sure if i I a can dispute or not,I recieved a call not from the exc.office in tampa fla but from st ,pete.727-397-7861 yesterday and she left a message on my voice mail ,Gee we are sorry it was a typo and i did send out a memo.....We are so sorry for any problems this may have caused......I am afraid if i dispute it will freeze up 415.0 on my c.c. and i have 3 buy more tickets when i get down there in 18 days...See where this is going....But there will be more calls ,cert.letters and most likely a call to the bbb to file a complaint...I mean i do have my docs..... Bye the way all the exc. are haveing a meeting thurs and friday....Maybe they can discuss customer service.We could only wish..... I mean im not asking for 3 free tickets ,i only want the 15.0 dollars they overcharged according to there own web site......I dont think that is too much to ask! Or am i wrong??????

Anyone from the north successful at ordering tickets online from them? i've tried, but they won't let me register as a AAA member. When you go to do this it automatically fills in the first 6 digits of your card # 429 014 but bc i guess bc i'm from NJ my first 6 digits are 429 074 and the site won't let me key this in. Anyone been successful at getting the online discout and not being a memeber of AAA "south"?

We didn't order on-line. But just today my mom, from Washington State, purchased the tickets in person at the AAA in Kissimmee, Fl, with no problems.

By the way, Puffy2 - thanks a lot for this tip! You saved us $300.

Dang this is a sweet deal...but I had the same problem with my AAA Chicago membership number....has anyone from the North purchased these online or by phone?....we are not going to Orlando until March 2004 which is after the Feb 2004 deadline for this special....
