AAA discount: Do I call Disney Reservations or a AAA travel agent?

Who do I call if I want to get a AAA discount on a room (and then add tickets and dining)?

The reason I'm asking is because I just talked to a local AAA agent about booking a package for early December, and the rates she quoted me were rack rates. I read earlier that during value season, the AAA discount is 20% (off of the room). So I'm a little confused.

Maybe I'm supposed to call Disney Reservations instead?

To get the AAA discount on packages, you need to call AAA, Disney can only give you a discount on the room.

AAA may not have any rooms left with the discount. They are only given a certain amount. Also, around the holiday times, sometimes they do not have a discount. Value season is normally the last part of summer and 1st part of January.
