AAA diamond pass

Do you have to book through AAA to get the diamond pass? Or do you get it for simply being a member? Thanks

you get them when booking through them. Some get them for just purchasing tickets. But no its not a benefit just becuase we belong.

The Diamond pass is not free parking. It is just a section of the parking lot closest to the front.

I have gone into my local AAA office and have asked them for one and they have given one to me each time I asked. Some offices will not do this unless you do buy tickets from them. I just tell them that I have already bought tickets. And like the other poster said, you still have to pay for parking.
