I know it's close to the front parking at the parks (up near the handicapped section). But what qualifies you for one?

We booked our room only through AAA, are we eligible? Or do we need to buy tickets, book a package etc...?????

We're driving down and staying at the Contemporary, but we may drive to AK and/or MGM instead of the buses......

I LOVE the AAA Diamond parking pass. It is for a reserved parking section, usually adjacent to the handicapped parking zone.

I usually end up buying one off ebay. It is too soon to be able get one this early in the year from ebay.

If any DIS'ers want to share, I would be happy to give it back after my trip Jan 27-Feb2

If you booked your room thru AAA you should be able to get it. Call the office where you booked and ask them for it.

i called aaa today....

they told me you have book a whole package not just the room
to bad i have ticket already.

the only reason why we asked if anyone has a pass is even though
we are booked at one of disney resorts we perfer to drive sometimes
it is just quicker to drive yourself.

If you are going during a busy time and dont get there early the spots will be full. That happened to us the only time we tried to use it.

And just think at least some of those spaces were probably filled by folks who either purchased on EBAY or "borrowed" from a friend. Kind of makes one of the "benefits" to booking thur AAA useless.

Book a package through AAA. That is the way to obtain a Diamond Parking Pass.
