In 2006 we saw the Fairy Godmother. In 2007 we saw Alice. My youngest really liked it, though my boys think it's a bit "young" for their tastes. It's a nice break from the hectic parks, though.
We went to the AAA storytime in August 2007 and the Fairy Godmother read a story and then there were photo ops afterwards. It couldn've been very nice had my 2 year old wanted to cooperate. We had to leave 1/2 way through b/c she was yelling and being stinky.
It's in a small auditorium and the children sit up front on the floor around the FG's feet. The adults sit in the chairs behind that. It could've been very pleasant -- just 2 year olds are unpredictable. She was amazing 2 days prior waiting in line for an hour in Epcot's character area. Go figure.
The people are very nice and they tried to be so helpful scheduling us another time, but we were leaving the next day and couldn't fit it in.
Even if you don't go to see the character, there are some terrific displays and history kind of things there to look at. Little boys might like that more.
