AAA booking tickets, DDP & resort

Hello
We are traveling to DW next February. Our resort (CSR) has been booked. My AAA travel agent said I could purchase my park hopper tickets this year at the 2008 rates and save $ (separate from a MYW package). We also want to add the dining plan to our reservation when the 2009 prices come out in the summer.

Can all these pieces be booked separately?

Or do they only come together in the MYW package?

You can not add the dining plan to a room only reservation. If you buy the tix now you will lose the chance to add the dining.
There is no guarantee that ticket prices will go up in January. Room rates change every year, ticket prices are not on a fixed schedule to increase.
Ask the TA about this and if you get a different answer than above it might be time to get a new TA.
Packages for 2009 should come out in August.

You need to purchase a package in order to get the dining plan. It's not available as an add-on to a room only reservation.
