AAA & Annual Pass Discounts

I've read you can get a 10% discount if you show your AAA card at certain restuarants throughout the DL resort.. From what I read you can use your AAA card at:

Plaza Inn in Disneyland

Wine Counry Trattoria in DCA

Ariel's Grotto in DCA

PCH Grill at Paradise Pier Hotel

Goofy's Kitchen at Disneyland Hotel..

Can you also use your AP discount for a combined 25% (we're getting a Premium AP).. Or do you have to choose one or the other??
