AAA Agent help!

Is anyone else having trouble reaching their AAA agent? I have emailed and called and haven't heard back. I'm worried that there will be limited availability when I finally do here back. Is there a general number to call to get a different agent? Thanks!
 
I went ahead and booked a AAA room only-since I didn't hear back from my agent. Disney really tried to get me to put down the one night deposit-I didn't want to tie up deposits for 2 rooms now, only to have to put down 2 new deposits when I finally convert this to a package. I tried the 1-888 number, but that leads to her office-and they said she was really busy today. Is there another number somewhere? Thanks
 
I called my AAA office yesterday and was told that there were no tickets for 2009 and there had been a price increase for Animal Kingdom on Sunday. I backed away slowly - I hope you have better luck!!
 

I'm having trouble reaching my agent as well. I booked on monday and put down a deposit. She was supposed to call back after booking w/ Disney that afternoon, but never called - of course! I sent an e-mail this morning and never heard back from her. I'll be on the phone 1st thing in the morning until I speak with her. This isn't the service I remember from AAA in the past. So far, I'm unimpressed and unsure about letting go of the reins for them to book the trip...:confused:
 
I'd cut your agents some slack for this week. The new room rates, AAA rates, ticket prices, and dining plans all came out this weekend. And who knows what else is going on in the travel industry (olympics?). So give them a few days to catch up before you consider cutting them lose.
