DF was suppose to be flying to FT.Lauderdale next monday to visit his sister, well his sister said that they dont have electricity and the condo complex got hit bad and the air port was damaged. DF decided to put his plans off a month and AA is offering to change flights but flying by Nov.15 or change flights for future flights offering a voucher or AA will chnge his flight with out fees for next month but have to pay the new fare and i cant make the changes thru the website for cheaper airfare. Plus i had to make the descion for DF right there and then, the AA employee said if i call back they wouldnt wave the change fees. The AA website said i had until nov. 15 to make any changes to DF flight (but i would had made the changes before next monday nov.7) and not be charged any fees.
I am just very disappointed that i booked DF flight 6mons out and got a very good airfare and i was forced to pay a premuim price because of flying a month away. And to book over the phone and couldnt book thru the website and to make the descion with out talking to DF to confirm with him.
then i find out my future two flights times changed and AA will change the one flight but flying out the next day at 6am from wdw.
I thought i was going to really like flying AA but now that ATA is back ....... ATA here we come..
