A WISH for Cold Tea? Ana's aMAWzing Disney Trip! 12/1-12/7 ~Last Entry~ p.127

This pic is adorable Rosie. Maybe we should all start posting our fav pics with characters and hijack Tim's report. :rotfl: It'll give time for Molly to go enjoy her vacation and come back without missing an update. ;)

BTW Molly, in case I don't get to say it, I hope you have a blast on your trip. Are you going to do a TR when you come back? You should. :)

Great idea, just keep posting pics, that will be easy to catch up on when I come home!:thumbsup2:goodvibes

You're so sweet smileycrissy (or can I call you crissy?)! I'm thinking of doing a TR, we'll see. Keep everyone in line here, ok?

I would never talk trash.. NO WAY. :sad2:

LOL If he ends up with an American doll in it on your trip you HAVE to get a picture of it.::yes:: :lmao:

Ya, right, um hum! You've been an angel! Oh, I can guarantee that DD's American girl doll will be riding in DH's backpack, she already informed him of it and I will absolutely take pics!

Facebook? What about the rest of us that don't have you linked on facebook and like to see the pics. :)

I'm not on facebook either. Tim, this is discrimination!:headache::laughing:

Okay, all caught up. Loved your MVMCP pics! Your castle pics are amazing!!! That is a point and shoot? How did you get the fireworks so good without it being blurry. I want a new camera!
I've had my camera for 3-4 years. It is in the Superzoom class- a Sony Cybershot H5. It has a 12X zoom... I think? :lmao:

You can do it with a point & shoot. You have to hold it VERY still or place it on something like a garbage can or railing. You can use a fireworks setting if you have that. Make sure you keep the flash off. :goodvibes

You had so many cute pics of your princess, but Mel is beautiful too! Looks like you had such a memorable night.:santa:
Thanks... I'll be sure to tell Mel my DIS friends think she is cute. :lovestruc

Yikes on the snow! Stay warm. I can't believe how hard you Eastrerners are being hit this year!:scared1:
So the 8-10 inches they called for turned into 18'' but who is counting? :confused3

I'll have some pictures up later. :surfweb:

Molly, I'll have to come back later and answer all of these for you.......training all morning!!
I can't wait to see this.... popcorn::popcorn::popcorn::

Better hit the weight room and work on the back and arms.:rotfl2: May wanna trade that popcorn for some protein too.
Thanks for the tips! I guess this is how the PROs do it. :woohoo:

We got a ton of snow here too! I actually fell asleep early last night (before 12 am) so I slept right through it all. We got about a foot. I hope to get out later and take some pictures and let Henry play around in the snow.
We got 18'' here... man this stuff is piling up.

Am I nuts leaving the snow in CT to go to Vermont snowboarding tomorrow???? :confused3 :rotfl2::rotfl2:

I am loving reading your trip report. Your pictures are amazing!!!!!:cool1:
Coming up soon.... mare GKTW pics!
Seeing your adventure, makes me even more excited for ours:dance3:
Look at your ticker.... 1 MONTH!!!!!! :woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:

Molly, who is talking trash about me? Tim? Marv? I've already informed that I will no longer be asking for updates. I'm just going to sit and be quiet from now on. :snooty:
HAHA!!!!!! Kathy, I give you permission to gently NUDGE me from time to time. ;);)

I need to get the tea party pics of of Melody's camera today so I can hopefully post an update tonight.... although I need to get to bed early. I need to be up at 5:30 to head to Vermont! :cool1:

I think it was Tim, but I don't want to get in trouble. Something about him keeping Mel off the disboards because of the abuse he takes on his thread which might give Mel ideas about abusing him too.:confused3 I don't know where he gets these ideas, I've been good too:angel:!
I think I've must of been fabricating these thoughts..... :rolleyes1:rolleyes1

Marv didn't say anything (that I know of), but my guess is he was probably thinking it...:rolleyes1:laughing:
HAHAHA you're probably right.

Ya, right, um hum! You've been an angel! Oh, I can guarantee that DD's American girl doll will be riding in DH's backpack, she already informed him of it and I will absolutely take pics!
I'll be waiting for those... popcorn::popcorn::

I'm not on facebook either. Tim, this is discrimination!:headache::laughing:
I'll post some pics later... ::yes::

Ok, Marv, you said "wicked good hot chocolate". Are you from the north because "wicked" is the best adjective and is well known in the New England area! Hmmm, let's do a quick test: What do you call the small crunchy things you put on top of ice cream? What do you call a long sandwich with lots of things in it? What do you put in hot chocolate? What's a 'hoodsie cup'? What is a frappe? Do you know what the curse of the Bambino is? The Green Monster? Or should I say Green Monsta! Ok, Marv let's see how ya do!

Not from the North, but I at least try to learn a few words in as many foreign languages as possible........ :rolleyes1

Let's see: The small crunchy things on top of my ice cream would be nuts.
Long sandwich - I use many names - hoagie, sub, grinder and if it is real skinny, a torpedo
Put in Hot Chocolate - usually two packs of mix
Hoodsie Cup? - okay, clueless on this one - maybe what you drink your beer from when you're in the ghetto
Frappe - not 100% certain, but I know they sell them at McDonald's. Either one of those girly coffee drinks for those who don't drink it black, or it is the fruity blended drink.

Now when you dive into the realm of baseball lore, you really don't want to go there! :rolleyes1 I lived, breathed and played baseball from the time I was a very young boy. And as for Boston baseball lore, I have been to Fenway, I grew up near an Island where the Yawkey's owned a home (end of the road my parents currently live down), and I know until recently the Red Sox were cursed for trading Babe Ruth to the Yankees!!! :sad2:

In addition, I have spent numerous weeks in the Boston area. I know you can leave the Gahden, take the Sumner tunnel to Logan, and if you keep going north and east, you can go to Glahster or Glahstah (heard both pronunciations) and Long Beach, head north to Rockport where I've taken pictures of Motif #1, and if you really want to you can visit Bah Hahbah!!!! :goodvibes

I also know from personal experience that you take the lobster and put it in the boiling water head first to stun them when you are cooking them. I was taught that by a local.

Do I pass??? ;)

:lmao:OMG Marv, you did pretty good! I think you passed by the skin of your teeth though. I believe it's pronounced "Glowstah" and for the record, "Worcester" is pronounced "Wuhstah", just in case you were wondering! Bar Harbor, we never went that far north, but spent many summers at York Beach and Wells Beach as well as shopping at the outlets in Kittery. Oh and we spent time at Kennebunkport too.

Nice baseball knowledge!:thumbsup2 My dad would disown me if I didn't know about Fenway, the Curse of the Bambino and the Patriots! At my younger brother's wedding, we requested "Sweet Caroline", even though the DJ gave us a hard time about it (he thought the song was lame apparently:confused3). And I had a Boston Bruins bib as a baby.

I won't give the answers yet as I would love to see if Tim can get them right! Tim are reading this? It's your turn, come on, you can do better than Marv!

Great idea, just keep posting pics, that will be easy to catch up on when I come home!:thumbsup2:goodvibes

You're so sweet smileycrissy (or can I call you crissy?)! I'm thinking of doing a TR, we'll see. Keep everyone in line here, ok?

Sure, you can call me Crissy. :) You must do a TR. If I didn't live in FL, I'd be doing a TR but its pointless for me to do one. Unless I make a fake one. :rotfl:

LOL, I can't promise much for keeping everyone in line - that's a tough job. :rotfl:

How much does Vermont have??? Whatever it is, go for it! It sucks to "live" in it/shovel, etc. but playing in it? :woohoo: Enjoy!

I was thining of you this mornign when I saw CT was getting hammered....again

I'll see if I can get on this.. trying to get an update up before bed. ;)

Good luck with that! :lmao:

They have a lot. LOL Unfortunately, plans have changed and I'm not going to VT tomorrow. Oh well, what cha gonna do? :confused3

I was thining of you this mornign when I saw CT was getting hammered....again
LOL Now they are saying there can be another HUGE storm next week. popcorn::popcorn::

Bummer about the ski trip!!!!! Hopefully you just won't be stuck home cleaning or something equally as boring!

How cool that you and Melody got to get all of those great pictures of just the two of you. And Juliana looked nice and cozy in the stroller. :thumbsup2

I am so sorry about your trip being canceled..I was coming over to tease you about being able to just walk out your front door to snowboard/ski...now the wind is out of my sails :guilty:... I got nothing...except flowers:flower3:...well, one flower...

DH LOVED the pictures of your MNSSHP...as did Lisa, who then had to watch the parade on YouTube for an hour...she is torn, she told me...should she be Belle her old favorite or Rapunzel, her new favorite...I told her she had plenty of time to decide, although with 32 inches of hair, Rapunzel would be easy for her to pull off...Me??? Maybe I will be...I have NO idea. But if we are able to go I WILL wear a costume!

I hope the wintry blast STOPS for you soon! :)

It's ok... I'll just head up North in a week or 2. I actually did get out for a while- went to the CT boat show. :sail:

No problem... I'll head to VT next week. It was no big deal. :goodvibes Thanks for thinking of me enough to come and tease me! :rotfl2::rotfl2:

Thanks for reading that report! I hope you weren't reading to too long. We had a BLAST at MNSSHP! It was a great time! That whole trip was a blast... so was the 95 degree heat. :headache: :lmao:

They are saying we are gonna have another Nor' Easter the middle of next week. Whatever. I love it! :goodvibes

I think I may have missed you, Molly. I hope you and your family have a most magical vacation. I can't wait to hear all about it.

You Nor Easterners really need a break from all this snow.....hope it stops soon for you all!

Great update, Tim! Its nice that you and Melody were able to spend some quality time together at the end while Juliana caught up on some shuteye! I love the picture of her bundled up like an eskimo in the stroller:goodvibes

LOL! I was wondering what was going on with your TR... :confused3

Ah my computer threw a strop figured out there was a load of hidden music from years back on the computer I didn't know was still on it and there was like hundreds of songs so computer didn't want to work anymore with it all lol! so I had to delete everything off it but will put animal kingdom pics back on this week hopefully and do the trip report update.

Marvali, I meant that girls are more likely to cry since it's like a fairytale ;)

Good Morning Tim I am hoping Vermont is SNOW free by May!!
I know Killington ski area is usually open till May so I'm sure you will still see snow on the top of the mountains then. ;)

We are getting a break... no snow till Tuesday! :lmao::lmao:
