Just wanted to take a few moments to pop in and say I would post another funny comment sometime this weekend!! Well, don't hold your breath.........I learned the HARD way that it can be dangerous....if you know what I mean! Now back to my regular "can" of noodle soup!!!

I have often heard that saying....if you miss a little you miss a lot...I have come to find DisChat a lot like that. Wigd. I know you were tired and wanted to head out of chat a little early, thankfully for you, your friend was still there!! I know you are going to have a great time at Disney and wow, that time is soooooooo close. I'm not sure Shocker will have the same Magical time that you are going to have though......

WOW, Sept. that is amazing that you and I took what he said completely differently!! Guess that proves why we should never put words in somebody else’s mouth and allow them to speak for themselves!!! Go ahead Shocker, explain what you meant to Wigd.

On a side note, it was also the reason that I posted the whole conversation, so that it was NOT out of context, like some people have done. Of course, Wigd. knows Shocker much better than either of us, so she will be able to figure out exactly what he meant, if he isn’t able to explain himself clearly!!!!!!! I was just thinking about how he cancelled all her ADR’s!!!

As far as left overs, I guess to each his (or her) own. I don’t personally consider food prepared a day or two ago, that has been eaten from (YUCK), as a GREAT meal, but hey if Shocker loves leftovers like you, then maybe you are right?????

Don't do leftovers at Disney......... and please no putting words in my mouth, I have enough trouble keeping track of what I am trying to say!

Hmmmm, I thought you were having the best of times I will make sure you get your regular scheduled naps on the trip coming up....

I'm not sure how many meals we have eaten at DisneyWorld but we have never taken any leftovers back to our room......not to say we have eaten it all but we have never bothered with leftovers!

Well if you are able to stay clear of the TIRES you would be OK, I'm sure. However, after hearing about the episode in Norway.....I'm guessing that after realizing that you were thrown under it, you wouldn't be able to "focus" on just staying clear of the tires!!!

I know you won't have the same Magical time as Wigd. will!!! I am CERTAIN that was my reasoning behind me arguing over you being able to REST during your June trip!! Hey, if she is on vacation and is going to have a Magical time, "SOMEBODY" has to be BUSY seeing that it "happens"!!!

I will be busy seeing that it happens........

We must all remember that we are "IN" Wigd's world I guess over the years she has trained Shocker soooooo well and used that potion so effectively , that she forgets that not all of us are completely under "that" spell. Unfortunately for us, since we are her friends, it is up to each of us to help keep the Magic alive for her!!!! So even if it means sitting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting for her to update on her previous trip, while also wondering how many additional times she has called Disney Dinning since she POSTED her FINAL ADRs, we must REMAIN faithful and be good friends and just bite our tongues (or fingers in this case)???????? Yes that can be hard, but we can do it!!!

Sorry you two, we have had no internet today........so I went to school and started packing for the move but not before I wrote the update in a word document....

Manpris and Dole Whips and DISmeets OH MY!

Today is our last full day at Disney and we have decided that getting over to Animal Kingdom just isn’t going to be in the plan for this trip…..
We had Dismeets planned for MK and Epcot…….
We are going again in just 2 ½ months so no worries!

I had been wishing for a certain necklace at World of Disney since our visit last July. I just couldn’t get it out of my mind. So I suggested a little shopping at DTD before heading over to MK.

We stopped at the new T-shirt store, Art of Disney, then over to Goofy’s……….

After picking out a few goodies, (dipped pretzels, and a praline) we set off for WOD.
Believe me, I was excited! Got to the store and headed for the jewelry……….
Couldn’t find the necklace! Not sure if they just didn’t have it or I imagined it, I looked and looked in all of the cases, Oh well, there is another trip coming up!
We wandered over to see the Legos and snapped a few pictures for the flats!

Then it was time to make our way to MK for our Dole Whip with Karen, Mary, and hopefully BD and crew. Now to tell the honest truth, I had forgotten about this meet until Karen and Mary reminded us when we saw them at the Welcome Home Wednesdays meet…….

We got there a little early and found a great shaded area and pushed two tables together, I told Marc that he should try to call BD again since we had trouble getting them earlier. Again, no answer……

We had a nice visit with our chat moderators and friends, then they were off to go shopping and we needed to ride BTMRR.

Next it was over to Epcot to meet Lisa and family. Lisa and I had been in contact through our photo pass share and wanted to meet, say hi and have a photo pass picture taken together. They were such a nice family and Baylor and the twins really wanted to spend some time riding together but it wasn’t in the cards. We met at Club Cool the kids had some drinks, we took some pics and then said goodbye. Lisa, how about that December trip?

We had an early dinner ADR at Le Cellier but we had just enough time to go over and meet a couple of old friends before dinner……….[/SIZE][/I]

It was so much fun trying to take pictures of the manpris, it totally became a game for us!

Le Cellier lived up to expectations, here's what we had to eat.....

Marc and I shared the Cheese soup and breadsticks

We shared Chocolate Moose and the Whiskey Cake.

We enjoyed visiting with our server Colin and he told us to make sure we requested him in June. I told him that I was pretty sure he was our server in Oct and he told us that he thought so too, and then said you got your hair cut didn't you.........
Great memory Colin!
He also told us to be sure and go to Citrico's in June because it's his favorite!

What a great update! Love hearing about the DIS meets, I was rolling at all the photos you got of the manpris, and dinner at Le Cellier made my stomach growl even though I have already eaten tonight!

Wow, Wigd. I have learned so much from following your trip report. I mean for just this last update there was so much that I picked up. You really are a teacher and I am learning so, so much. Here are the top 10 things I learned from your last update...........

1. Manpris are EVERYWHERE and your Ash...ton knows how to find 'em.

2. Since Manpris are everywhere, Shocker will now only be a follower and will
not be a trend setter wearing them!!

3. Standing in front of funny mirrors can make things seem larger than in real
life.......and apparently money can be made by selling them for home
use!!

4. Baylor looks like he has a "mean" right hook!! Poor Pluto!!

5. Though, I couldn't be certain (in the picture where Marc seems to be
"distracted"), I think it's fair to "assume" that we learned that given the
chance, Marc will encourage Baylor to USE his "mean" right hook!

6. I learned that when Marc is encouraging Baylor to fight, you will sneak a
little sugar from the Main Mouse!!

7. Next I learned that to bring the "masses" back to your trip report...It
is important to at least make one ADR and have food porn to draw
them back in, when you are unable to post "frequently"!!

8. OK, this next one, I'm not sure I learned it, but just like the Magic Disney
provides....I "believe" you like me.....I "believe" you DID try to call (even
though it never showed up on our ID)...I "BELIEVE" you tried
numerous times, because you care!!!!

9. I also learned that there is some down time for Shocker, where he is not
constantly running to and fro for your pleasure....and is actually able to be
in a few of the pictures and have a little fun too!!

10. Finally from your last post and a few others made during this pre-trip-pre
report I have learned.......to have my hair combed if we are ever lucky
enough to get to have another Dis Meet, to NEVER walk in front of you
wearing questionable clothing, to never cut in line while you are in the
same Park, to not ask to hold Ashton, because it is clear that you have
become very attached to "him"....I mean come on, who else just happens
to have their camera with them in the GROCERY STORE??

The Whiskey Cake was really good, not nearly as rich as the Moose and no alcohol taste at all.

I needed Ashton today and didn't have him.........parts of our playground are flooded and Donald and Daisy were out paddling around, it would have made a cute picture!

Just checked the calendar and we will be in Disney in just 26 short days I've spent the last couple of days trying to unclutter and pack up my classroom. Anything that I won't use between now and the 22nd of May needs to come home. So much of what I have just won't work for 2nd grade but that's OK! It will be so nice to step away from the stress of State Testing.

I can't wait to be teaching at our neighborhood school just 3 minutes from home and right next door to Baylor's classroom. Gee, hope he doesn't get sent over to visit with his mother........
