A Wigdout Spring Break Adventure very short pre-trip report

I'm really enjoying your trip/pre-trip report. I had to show DD the video from 1900 Park Fare. I've convinced her to go there for her birthday in June and I'm trying to get her excited. She loved the proposal. Your Baylor is such a ham.

Love the picture of the line jumper. I don't know if I would have been able to hold my tongue. The pixie dust would have to have been flying.

Thanks for joining in the fun! 1900 Park Fare was just one of those magical moments, I guess you could say the stars were aligned! Baylor was very nervous but ended up having a blast with it
I really find myself becoming annoyed with rude people at Disney but I have to keep Marc calm, so normally I "wear" the level headed hat.....

OK, you two.............do I need to step in and call a winner?????? I do have to admit, that I about fell out of the chair when I read that Wigd. has to keep you calm Shocker!!!!!!!!! If I recall, you merely walked away when they jumped in front of you at the Troll..........and from what I remember in reading about the line jumper.......though it was Marc that was actually IN the line, there was no mention of him getting upset at all. Now, I will admit this could be considered a non-issue, since he was so FAR back in the line that he probably had no idea that he had even been cut..........BUT, from what I have read in your own words........he merely was waiting his turn, not arming himself with evidence and searching out a CM to right the wrong!! (though I will be using this defense in the future myself......however I will make sure they see me taking the picture, just so they will be saying why did he do that??? LOL) Also, I know that this pre-trip, trip report is for your March trip and will soon be geared toward your May trip.......but can we go back to last year and hear about the Brazilion Tour Guide?? I'm sure if you aren't up to it Wigd., Shocker could "sub" for you and fill us all in???????

Wig the TR is great. Baylor proposed like a pro ... the video was great! Love the grin he had afterwards. Starring Rolls is a wonderful place for breakfast - chocolate croissant of course, eaten a suitable time after quick trips on Rock n Roller and Tower of Terror.

You know if you cooperate on Toy Story Mania you get better scores, some things only open up if you clear out the first level. But I'm not telling ....

Thanks Ros, he had fun! I knew you would appreciate the "chocolate Croissant" but I don't think a RnR ride would be in order afterwards.... I would have no problem with TOT however....
Since I always am the lone rider I don't think I'll let them in on the secret...

Ain't soon enough!!!!!!! I came to read it when there was a new reply, since I "subbed" to this thread and my email said there was a NEW POST...come to find out, it was only you saying YES! YES! YES! there would be an update soon. Don't hold your breath Princess, I've learned that they do EVENTUALLY make it out into the open, but Wigd. acts like she has a life away from the Dis Boards as well???

We walked over the the Board Walk from the Beach Club, it was just beautiful! We cheered on a family riding a Surrey Bike up the hill, yay, they made it without stopping to push!
We were heading to "Welcome Home Wednesdays" at the Atlantic Dance Hall and it was our first time going, plus we were meeting two of the moderators from our DIS chat. We were early so we strolled the Board Walk...... Baylor decided that he wanted to play the carnival style basketball game and we said no...... He gets upset when he doesn't win and those hoops are a little small So we watched a few people shoot and make nothing........ Then walked off with Mr. Pouter.......
We found the Side Show Arcade, as I checked out the pool Marc purchased him a card to play some games...

It was getting close to time for "Welcome Home Wednesdays" so we left Baylor at the arcade with instructions to head over to the Atlantic Dance Hall as soon as he was finished......
We waited in a bit of a line, then got in and found seats for all of us. (Baylor joined us about 20 minutes later). Then I started scoping out the crowd for KarenNY and iluvdisney....... I had no clue how I would ever find them..... I was getting worried.......... Then Mary won a prize! I watched for her to go back to her seat and waited for the program to finish. We headed toward where they were seating and as they were heading out I smiled and said HI! I was informed that I needed a new facebook picute because with the haircut I didn't look the same.......
Here we are out on the Board Walk.......

We all got DVC hats, Marc and Baylor couldn't wait to put those on, and look at Mary with her prize bag! It was a gorgeous day, look at that sky!
We had a lovely visit and were reminded that we were meeting up for a dole whip meet at MK on Thursday.......... BD, sorry we missed you on this, I thought you knew and we tried to call.....

We said our goodbyes and headed back to DHS on foot, we thought about taking the boat but it was such a nice day so we walked.
We had TOT fast passes for all three of us but Baylor was not sure that he was going to ride. When we got there he decided to wait for us in the gift shop...... I just know he will love this ride, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for our next trip......
Here we are riding TOT holding up our "flats" we were hoping to add this to our photo pass as we did our Test Track photo but were informed that they didn't do this at DHS......... Marc and I are on the middle row, see his Red shirt? I am on the end next to him.......

After our ride we caught the bus back to OKW to get ready for our dinner ADR.

Just a small pre-trip update.....
Did some shopping last weekend and found this VB mini cooler. I love the Hope Garden print so I ordered the Villager as well.....

Shocker doesn't think it will be big enough to carry cold drinks for all of us to SAB in June, so I told him that he was more than welcome to get one for himself, they were very reasonable, plus he could make quite a statement carrying one of this wearing his manpris!I tried on the flip flops but they just didn't feel as good as my Teva Mushes so I passed on them.
But I did find something else..........
Had to order......... It's way cool, and I will share when I get the call to come and pick-up!

Yet, ANOTHER "BAG"??????????? One that won't even carry enough drinks for "all"?? I bet I could have got you a cooler (with wheels) that would have held almost everyone at Disney a drink for less $$$$$..........don't even try and tell Shocker how reasonable it "was"!!! But it does have bright, vivid, pretty colors on it!!!

OK, poor Baylor, on vacation and can't even shoot one hoop???? You know I am starting to think that you may be training him wrong.....YOU have got to get away from treating him like you do Shocker!!!!! He seems like such a good sweet, soul that just goes along happily doing whatever y'all want to do!! I mean having to do Dis Meets, going to Welcome Back SEMINARS and SALES PITCHES, cut him a little slack when you return NEXT month!!!

Do tell him that I LOVED TOT. I know he would too!! We all rode it a couple of times and it turned out to be "my" favortie ride!! Don't tell him why, but being a big man, being weightless for even those few seconds, was AWESOME!!! Barrie Lee wasn't sure she wanted to ride it and we gave her the option, I told her that she and I could go do something else while Gracie and her mother rode and she said no she wanted too, but she was just a little scared. She sat next to me and wanted me to keep my hand on her knee!! She was fine riding it again though. If you ever get Baylor on it, he will ride everytime you go back!!!

As far as the clown slide........I have never been "scared" of clowns (still not, but I can see why some folks might be) and even though the slide itself looks awesome.........where you shoot out of it's mouth, sort of looks weird (since you asked!!), then again it might be those goofy looking eyes....and was BOZO a Disney Character??

I am glad you got to meet KarenNY and Iluvdisney and I hate that I wasn't there to meet them or able to be "welcomed home"!! I am glad to learn that you did still go to the Sales Pitch though.......I was under the impression, y'all had just said that was where you were going to meet when I was in chat (Welcome Home thing), then as soon as I logged out, y'all had changed it to a Dole Whip Meet UP, so that I WOULDN'T know!!!!! So, by all of you still going to where I "thought" y'all were meeting and then having an additional meet up and that someway or the other I missed those details does make me feel a little better!! I hate that we didn't get the call......I will say that we had trouble with the signal, but I just thought it was because we were staying in a "Value"!!!

I am glad you found somebody "trust-worthy" to take the picture for you and Shocker was able to be in it. Hey, Shocker glad to see you too!!! I am now realizing you are being forced to all the Dis Meets, I assume for security, and how you are "sent" for other items when it is just Anita and Baylor, which is why we only see your picture during Dis Meets!!! I do realize that she said that was "you" riding the TOT next to her, but from that picture I couldn't be certain???????

Did y'all really walk EVERYWHERE???.........to the Boardwalk, back to DHS, on and on??? I know I am a newbie and have only been to Disney once, but I can tell you they have GREAT TRANSPORTATION!!!!!!! POOR Baylor, he really is a great child!!!!!!!!!!! I thought there was plenty of walking just through the parks and to the bus stop and then back to the room??? I guess I just haven't gotten to that Disney Magical Place some of you are at!!!!!

Baylor would have ended up mad but I'll tell you he will have his own money to "blow" on the Board Walk games this summer!
Actually Mary's husband was there and he took the picture, I trusted him with my "Ashton".
The walk over to Board Walk took no time at all and the boat would have taken much longer, the same with taking the walkway to DHS.
You will discover that there will come a time that you aren't in a hurry to do it all (because you've already done it) and you can slow down a bit and take the time to relax......but it won't be you next trip either. It took us a very long time to learn to do any kind of relaxing at Disney.

I'm going to tell Baylor that you recommend TOT maybe he'll listen to you.

I like it a lot, too -- I think I may be requesting the tote bag for Mother's Day.

I have ridden it once before -- when it would just drop the once, and I loved the theming -- it is right up my alley -- it's those multiple drops that make me scared.
