The Last Day
I was out-voted today as everyone wanted to stay at OKW and go swimming. We had to be on the Magical Express at 2.30pm, so it was decided that we would pack in the morning, swim, eat and then go. We checked in the luggage with Bell Services and headed to the main pool. I didn't feel like swimming, so I sat under the lighthouse and thought about how long it would be before I would be back.
The kids (and Kev) splashed about very happily while I went to book a table at Olivia's.
Jessica joining in with the poolside games:
I booked for 12.45, to give us plenty of time, and then had a wander around the gift shop, spending our last snack credits on sweets for the kids. We showered the girls and went off to Olivia's.
Olivia's
It seemed only right that we ate here at least once as our eldest is called Olivia!
We were seated quickly and our server was very friendly. There was only 3 other tables occupied in the whole restaurant but the service was agonisingly SLOW! It took forever for our drinks to arrive. I had explained that we were catching the ME to go back to the airport but this seemed to slow them down even more lol. We turned into the 'stupid family' with our orders - Olivia ordered ribs and when they arrived she was horrified to discover that they contained bones. We stared at her in amazement. How did she not realise? I soon stopped laughing when my burger and chips arrived. That's right - I had ordered chips. So burger and crisps for me then lol.
Never mind, I thought; the desserts were supposed to be lush, so I looked forward to my key lime pie.
Unfortunately, the slow service meant that the dessert was ruined. It got to 2.20 and there was still no dessert, so I asked for them 'to-go'. We had them in plastic tubs and ate them while waiting at the bus-stop. The Key lime pie and banana bread sundae were both gorgeous but would have been nicer served inside the restaurant. I wouldn't be in a hurry to go back.
The Airport
Well, there isn't much to report here. We boarded and left on time, I didn't sleep at all, the food was bleugh and we were going home

I will do a final post with a summary of everyone's favourite bits.
