No, not like the grocery store...
I need to get back into shape and lose some serious weight (about 50 pounds). I would love to do this in time for my Disney trip in October for the 40th anniversary. The most success I've ever had with dieting involved a "whole foods" diet. Basically, it means you eat fresh foods in their most natural form. The best way I've ever described the diet is to only eat things with names on the labels I understand. So if I picked up packaged food and look at the ingredients list, I wouldn't eat the food if it contained "monopolysaturadundioxicflouridonics"
Anyways, the diet ultimately failed for me because it got too boring. I was tired of making the same brown rice / broccoli dish. I think if I could incorporate some mega-variety into the diet I wouldn't get bored and have some extreme success.
What do you think? Have you ever tried a diet like this? Any recommendations?
