A week from today !

We plan on leaving our home in Eastern Or next Monday and head for Fl. We're taking a long route down to California on I5 to the I10 and heading East. I've had plenty of snow and frigid weather to last me a couple of winters. Forecast isn't our friend right now Looks like it will be slow going first couple of days. Someone up above wants to make darn sure I appreciate my first snow bird adventure.

I'm going to give it my very best! I'm up early today watching you tube videos of FW, WDW fireworks from New Years, and video from the KOA we'll be at the first part of our trip. So excited! This week will not have much sleeping I am thinking.

I'm now looping the Saturday Stroll videos on you tube. Husband is pretty sure I've lost it. Mentally I'm already in the Sunshine state.

Oh wow, thats an amazing road trip! Its been a loooong time since I crossed the country on I10,but Ive got beautiful memories of those journeys I wish you the best on the first leg of the trip, and hope you find the warmer open road of the south oh so welcoming

Thank you! I'll take all the well wishes I can get right now. It's below zero here. One days long drive, or a day and a half, and we can be in California near Redding. We planned 3-4 extra travel days in just in case. We'll sit them out somewhere warm if need be.
