A WDW Vet Takes On DL For The First time (Trip Report)

Thanks for the report - will keep an open mind and make my own comparisons when we go for our first time end of july and I can't wait to make them!! :thumbsup2

...very good point. Hahaha.

Speaking of that subject...are there any particular soundtracks for attractions that you feel excell? Not just rides, but anything you can think of.

For me, my list definitley has the Haunted Mansion, Remember Dreams Come True, the original Space Mountain Dick Dale arrangement, Indiana Jones Adventure (I know it's mainly just a bunch of the songs from the soundtracks spliced together...but it works so well.) and...believe it or not...

I have a really soft spot for the Country Bears. It's corny. I know. But I still adore it so.

I have the Disneyland 50th 2 disc CD set. Really wonderful listening, so you can hear them all the time. Yes, I love the Soarin soundtrack.
So glad you enjoyed Walt's park! :)

A few years ago, I picked up the 6-Disc "A Musical History of Disneyland". It comes with an impressive overview of current and extinct attractions, and a lovely hard cover book. I'd definitely recommend it.
