A visit to Art of Animation

My little boy is a huge Cars fan and would love to be able to visit all the Cars characters at Art of Animation, so my question is, as non-residents of this hotel, is it possible to visit and take photographs in the Cars section of this hotel?

Yep, go for it. Have something to eat, stroll around. Just can't swim in the pools.

Thanks, I was hoping that would be the case. We were tempted to stay there but in the end the extra comfort of the Hilton for a fair bit less cash won the day

We did this in Oct. and enjoyed looking around. Have fun!

As others have said, it's not a problem to visit the resort and look around. You can actually do this at any resort. You won't be able to go into the Cars themed pool area, but you can look inside through the fence. Most of the cars are scattered around the walkway in the Cars-themed area (to the right when you leave the main building), so it's easy to get pictures.
