A very stupid ?

Okay - we have ressie for 8 nights at VWL from 6/22/03-6/30/03.
We are toying with the idea of doing the 7month switch to either BCV or BWV.
Since 11/30/02 is a saturday do I need to wait until monday Dec 2nd to switch the ressie or will they do it on the 29th? If they won't do you recommend we switch all but the last night to the BWV/BCV and then switch the last night on the 2nd? If we did this would we be in the same room for the whole trip?

Yes, wait until Monday.

They won't allow it on the 29th, but go ahead and get the other dates and let them know you want one more date- they will then wait until you call on Monday to send out the confirmation letter and all nights will be under one reservation. Even if you schedule this one day at a time, all can be linked together so you shouldn't have to change rooms durning the stay.

Although, if you do part at one time and the second part a later day, what happens if the latter portion doesn't come through and your left with split reservations? I'd wait and switch them all at once on Monday, so you'll know what you have in total.
