No kidding right! Actually I think its because I mainly work with post surgical patients who do not have contagious diseases that my immune system cannot beat those colds! I imagine if I worked on a general medical floor I would build a better immune!

That's true. Most post surgery patients aren't sick.


I think pediatrics and geriatrics have got to be hot beds for getting sick.

Pedi especially! I've never worked in Pedi but I think it would be so difficult emotionally.

My cousin is a speech language pathologist that works with elementary schools and she sure is sick a lot.

Oh... sorry she isn't happy with her job. Its so hard to go to work each day if you don't like what you do.

I'll be getting my hair done tomorrow for my trip! I planned it 2 weeks ahead of time so that the new color is not so bright in my pictures! I always go red and it looks brassy in pictures initially so I am hoping a little leaway will help! Although I have NO CLUE on what kind of cut I want!! UGH!!

I really don't like getting my hair done. It's so fine and straight, there really isn't much you can do with it. I can't really grow it long (it just looks string-y) so yeah ... when I find a cut I like, I tend to stick with it. I had a bob for the longest time, now it's kind of pixie-ish. I almost always go back to red too Hate how it fades and can go brassy though, I can relate

Just getting stuff done, need to prepare for interview on Thursday (continued much appreciated), eye appt. Just prescription. I need new glasses. I do have this little cyst on my left eye though, it's calcified, and the last time I was there they said it might have to be cut, which completely freaks me out. I tried the warm compress thing, didn't work.

Unfortunately my hair stylist is ill so I am rescheduled for tomorrow.

My hair is VERY Straight and the hair itself is very fine but I have a lot of it! It takes my stylist a long time to color it all and she always needs to mix more color lol.

I like this hairstyle...
