So I just got finished making all the crib sheets. Dillon's mom guided me on what to do and fixed up my mistakes, etc. It had been like 10 years since I had touched a sewing machine, lol. But here are the sheets. I really hope he doesn't mind Mickey!!

A bunch of years ago I ordered myself a Mickey Bedding set from the Disney Store online. When they had more adult bedding to choose from. I loved it as well. It was really soft. It was mostly white with sage green mickey heads all over. Very girly, lol.

Why did they stop making adult bedding...I mean it isn't the babies and 5 year olds buying the stuff! When I was first married to my first husband we had a double bed w. black & white checkerboard sheets with Mickey in the white squares. I'd buy Mickey again in a heartbeat...maybe not black & white checkerboard though.

For some reason Dillon does care about what bedding he has, so I can't ever get anything too flowery or colorful.

We've been looking at new bedding lately, and this is about as flowery he'll let me go. It's the only bedding we have agreed on so far, lol.

Too funny we got new bedding last fall and Brant's floweriest one was very similar in taupe & sage & brown. To rein in costs (we were saving for Disney after all) we ended up buying 2 sets of sheets one taupe & one sage green and a sage green blanket and quilt...Then I went nuts and bought the fancy BB&B accent pillows and shams, it came out nice & we were both happy with it.

Disney actually does have some bedding on their site right now, but it's not as nice as some of the ones they used to have. They used to have sooo much more adult stuff than they do now, and it disappoints me a little. I loved all their home decorating stuff.

I get bored easy too only takes me year or so, that is why we decided on the solid quilt this time Sage green has been in our room ever since we got married although the other colors have changed so if I get bored now I can buy new sheets and pillows and have a new room...that is my DHs theory anyway we will just see how that works out for him.

Ummmm... it was interesting...

I ordered chicken fried steak and tried to sub a baked potato for the mashed. The server comes back and says I put in your order but it will be $2.79 upcharge for the baked potato. I said I will just take the mash then as I'm not going to pay that much for a baked potato vs the mashed. So that turned into a big deal cause he had already put the order in... why not come and let me know BEFORE the order went in....

Then our server tried to bring us our bill before we even received our meals and then mine wasn't cooked correctly....

The restaurant we went to is very hit or miss for us. Sometimes it is wonderful and sometimes it's bad... my husband thinks they probably cringe when they see us walk in the door lol.
