I'll keep this entry as short as possible and then add more details later.

As my title says, I am a (fat) vegetarian. I have not eaten meat in over 20 years. The first 7 years of this lifestyle was good and healthy, but in my early 20's that changed. (FYI, I'm 37 now.)

Like most of us, I have dieted frequently in the last 14 years. I have had success followed by a decline back into the "eating life". I get bored. I don't care after a while.

I started my lasted diet (I know you should call it a "Life Style Change") with WW in September. I'm down about 17 lbs, but the holidays were tough. I am at that part in a diet where I want to escape, so I went looking for a place to share my experiences. I am glad DIS has this section.

My main goal is to keep on eating well. Beyond that, it would be nice to loose 35 lbs this year, but I'll take that as it comes.

I think it would be helpful to post my daily points count here and then to complain and celebrate as warrented.

The holidays were extra brutal for me as well, weight-wise. This is a great place to find additional inspiration. Keep on going! You're doing great so far.
