Great AKL photos! I am just dying to stay there. A lot of people say it's too far out of the way for a deluxe resort, but I think if I stayed there I'd never want to leave to go to the parks!

I've never eaten at the Mara before. The food looks really good!

Hey MeMom just caught up with your trip and Jill, Brooklynn and Bella. I love all the photos of your trip. I wish I had a trip in the works.( Maybe October for my 45th birthday) I wanted to take time to thank you for the time you put into your reports for us all to enjoy. Ty is sick and has been at Lebonheur in Memphis since Friday in the hospital. He's better and at home comfortable so I had time to catch up on you and your family and it is a great stress reliever thank you!

Jill you and John are the bestest parents ever. Disney and a waterslide how cool is that. Your girls are very lucky. I love all your updates of the girls

When I am taking animal shots is when I get the most greedy for a super awesome camera. I'd love to have one that just made the pictures show every fiber of fur or feather for some really great pictures!

Flamingos get a bad rap. They get made fun of, especially when they are plastic and live in front of a trailer in the Tennessee hills. (No, that's not my house, but I've seen 'em.) But I think a flamingo is a beautiful bird, and those were interesting to watch.

That waterslide looks like it was crazy fun! And the first movie to boot! Such an exciting day for Brooklynn!

Thanks for that little vacation in my mind this afternoon! I'm so very happy for all my friends having the chance to go but I'm feeling a bit down that it has been almost 1 year now since I was there and am missing it terribly. Luckily I have my Dis friends to transport me there through my computer. I am sitting on my deck in the shade on a beautiful sunny day with the breeze blowing past and dreaming that I was in Florida. Now I just need someone to bring me some zebra domes...

CP, I'm getting so excited for you as I look at MeMom's pictures. I can't wait to hear all about your trip!

CanadianWDWfan, Sorry your trip got postponed but that's awesome that you still get to go!

Jill, your giant slide looks like great fun! My boys are over at the neighbors running through the sprinkler...I'd better not show them the slide!

That's what is fun about taking pictures - being able to relive the moment yourself and allowing others to 'be there' when they can't be.

We are always so excited to be on vacation in Disney World that it doesn't matter if we're in a value or if the lines or kind of long or if it's hot or whatever. I know we wouldn't mind being five minutes futher out from certain parks, and we'd be just around the corner from one of my favorite ones!

I sure hope Kay can have that family trip someday, because then she would really, truly get the full magic of Disney! She has gone three times alone with us and once with two of her four kids, but it would be sensational if she had all four of them and their spouses and kids and her husband just one time!

As for MNSSHP, yes, yes, yes...it is worth it!

I would definitely recommend MNSSHP. I have gone the past two years and had a great time both times. The characters are so cute in their costumes. The parade and fireworks are must sees!!

Ya, we probably do. I always try to pack in too much and then stuff just comes off the schedule as we go. I haven't really put anything in concrete yet either, I just started dabbling in touring plans. We are staying 6 nights.

I went through a Flamingo and Manatee phase. I almost bought a Manatee stuffed animal down in Disney this week then I realized it was a webkinz and decided to pass.

I'll chime in on MNSSHP too. It's fabulous! In fact, I like Hallowishes even more than Wishes.
