A Tusker/timing question

If we go to AK at open to get on the safari, what is the soonest time I could make a TH reservation? Is 9:45am reasonable, or too close...?

I know TH is often delayed and I want to make sure we get breakfast, NOT the lunch change-over.

shhhhh. don't let others hear this . . .
. . . if you have a Tusker's ADR before 9:20am, you can get into the park at 7:45am and go to Tusker's immediately
. . . you will be seated VERY quickly, and not have to wait for your ADR time
. . . this can get you out for a 9:00am park opening and you can be up-front in line for Safari.
