And I can't remember if I posted here about my thyroid bloodwork, and I'm too lazy to check back. I had my thyroid tested yesterday and I should find out the results by tomorrow morning. I may call the doctor this afternoon to see if they have results yet. Although I probably wouldn't hear back from them til tomorrow morning anyway, even if they got them this afternoon.

I don't know for sure lol. He said he thinks it was a box with your name on it but he doesn't remember. I asked him if you were there and he said no.

We were in Lowe's yesterday and he said, "I never see your friend's husband. I used to see him in here all the time." lol. When I told him he worked at Lowe's part time (is that right?) and showed him y'all's picture, he was like, I knew I seen him somewhere before!

it's okay! I'm a BAD disser right now anyway!

Did I not mention my thyroid on this thread? I'm sorry!

My TSH was a little on the low side. HOWEVER, my T3 and T4 were good levels, so that means I am not hypothyroid according to the doctor. But that also means I have to get re-tested in 3 to 6 months. If my level drops again, chances are I will eventually be put on thyroid medication.

I've been feeling better and my body seems to be getting used to the medicine, especially since I'm only taking 2 or 3 a day (doctor said that would be fine and help with the jitters) instead of 4. My only concern is that my appetite is still not "normal" so I am going to wait til I've been officially on Reglan for 6 weeks. Maybe my body just needs to adjust. If by then, I still am eating the same amount I am now, then I will make another appointment and see what my GI says. I want to be able to eat all that yummy food in WDW in September (and I'll be sure to tell him that too! )

Hey, I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm not dead.

Those of you who are following my new PTR already know that. And for those of you who don't, please check it out (link is in my siggie).

I am still going to finish this TR. The good news is I finally got all my pics uploaded and organized in Photobucket! I still have my notebook (and Mike) handy to help me remember everything. I'm sure I've mentioned already that it won't be as detailed as it would have been (yeah, bummer ) but I remember the funny parts, and I know that's what you want to hear/see right?!

I am going to go out on a limb now and promise that I'll get an update in by THIS WEEKEND. So, by Sunday, July 6th, expect an update!

In other news, I am getting a tattoo! I've posted a picture of what it will look like, and how this all came to be--on my bacon thread. (PTR) I hope you will all join me there for a fun adventure!
Let's just say...a couple of characters are gonna go NUTTY over this tattoo!
I will let anyone who wants to go over there check it out, but I'm not posting any of those pics here. Either way, you'll see the actual tattoo when I post it here this weekend. (unless it looks too bad and then I'll have to wait. It's my first one so I am not sure what to expect!)

To update you on me, the meds(Reglan) are helping a bunch, and my appetite seems to be a lot more like a normal person!
To update on Grandma(Mom's mom), she still has limited movement. I believe she has wiggled one or 2 fingers but other than that no other movement in her hands. She has been moved to a nursing home to complete her therapy there.
I am not sure if I mentioned this here or not, but my Grandpa (my dad's dad) had to get his colon removed due to colon cancer. I saw him a couple weeks ago after the surgery and he's doing well!

I left y’all totally hanging after the stinky cheese , wondering what we had for our main course. Well, we both ordered the filet with mashed potatoes.

That sucker was good….YUMMMY! We both thoroughly enjoyed this.

For dessert, I had a lava cake (Valrhona chocolate cake) with icecream. I’m pretty sure Mike had the same thing because I don’t have any other pictures. And I’m sure I would have taken one if he had something different.

See my phone…it’s lit up. That’s because Nikki(Tat2dDisneymom) was replying to a text I sent (I think I told her I was drunk. ) She was texting me back to say I got her in trouble during her dinner at 50’s PTC.

We both enjoyed our dessert. We were SO full after this meal!

We settled up our bill for the beverages

(As I’m looking at the receipt, I see our server’s name was Rachel, in case anyone wants to know)

The total with Tax and Gratuity added (the part the dining plan would take care of) was 159.36 ---wow! (well worth the 2 credits, I’d say!)

Afterwards, we decided to stick around to watch Wishes from the balcony. Only those who have dining reservations at CG can use this special viewing. (it was crowded enough, so this rule makes sense)

We found a little spot to stand, and waited for the show to begin. It was nice hearing the music play on the balcony, too.

I think I was crying by this point. I was just SO SO happy to be at the Happiest Place on Earth, experiencing something new (watching Wishes from the Contemporary balcony) with the man I love. I made a wish...that it would be the best vacation I could ask for. And did that come true? Well I’ll let you guess.

I don’t know how Mike did that, but apparently he figured out a really cool feature of our camera (which I have YET to use)

We took the monorail back to MK, and by this point I think we were just too tired to do the EMH’s. Or we both forgot. So we headed back to the room for some much needed Z's.

That’s finally the end of day 2. Tomorrow we head to MGM (when it was still MGM! ) where someone (or someONES) gets KISSED!

That's so wonderful that you got to see Wishes from the GF balcony. I didn't know they pipe the music up there too. That's so cool! Experiancing something new with your husband at one of the most magical places on earth is so great. I don't blame you for tearing up. I probably would have done the same.

Actually, a little sneaky sneaky trick that i have learned and have done since i was going to disney with my parents (at least for the last 20 years) is to go up to the 11th or 12th floor of the contemporary, and go out to the fire escape and walk up the couple of flights of stairs and you will arrive at the same platform that everyone from the restaurant stands and you can see the fireworks, also a good thing to do if you just wanna go up there during the day and see the fireworks...you then just go back in the restaurant and down the elevator and out...it is that simple, and works every time...

but dont tell to many people, we dont want everyone in the world knowing about it.

that's probably why it was so darn crowded! Thanks...but I would not do that. Because I know how hard it was to get that reservation, and I believe that people who eat there SHOULD have the privelege to go out on the balcony, without people "sneaking" in. If it was something just anyone could get to, it wouldn't be special.
