We only passed FQ while on the boat ride to DTD and it looked nice.
I only gained 2.7 lbs there I was so happy and we were on the dining plan and having breakfast every morning out of pocket. So I was pleased.

OK so we r splitting up for a little while here today.
Back story as to why. Originally we were all going to CRT at 9:40 until biff heard it was $31.99 or 2 table service credits, well that did not sit well for scrambled eggs and bacon he said. So I said fine I will see if we can get an early ressie at Crystal Palace so I called(4 days before we leave) crazy I know but hey it was worth a try. So I call and explain the situation to the nice CM and guess what I can get a 8:10 ressie there.
I was so excited so I took us off of the CRT ressie (which I would have loved to have done) and now I was going to get into the park early. I have wanted to see the park at almost empty and now I will.
Ok back to the day at hand, so at 6:45 Stitch called and woke me up (he is a rude little one) then Mickey came on and apologized, it was cute but way too early.
Biff and I got going and we get to MK so I snap a few pics.

this picture I made Biff take cause I recently found my birth family and my paternal grandmother is Cherokee so I said please take a pic of me and my people. Still in shock I'm part Cherokee.

So I was very happy to get into the park and see it almost empty.
Off to CP for breakfast.
Let me just give a short little review. We did not know what to expect with a buffet and I must say we were pleasantly surprised. We both agreed it was good. I had eggs, sausage, bacon, tigger waffles and some kind of french toast which was really good. I took no notes of any food and no pics so kind of going on memory. Sorry.
my first character came over to us. I thought they might pass us by cause were 2 adults but no, they came on over. Biff had no pics with characters here, remember he is non Disney lover???

the big man of breakfast himself.
Then they started a parade and the kids all got up and followed. Biff told me too but I said some choice words at him that cannot be repeated here (yes i said them softly) did not want kids to hear me.
By this time we are done eating and it is about 8:50. We were going to meet everyone and go see JM ride Dumbo for the 1st time but Biff insisted we stay for my final pic.
So at 9 am we got it. We then pick up my camera bag and we start to head out and say goodbye to a nice couple next to us and we then take these.
Ok so outside we go. I call EZ and they inform us they r practically at Dumbo I said ok so we decide to head off to see if Pirates is still do able.
That is where i will stop this installment.
What will we see, and the crowd question is answered in next installment.

Thanks. I wish I could have done more before we left but I was kind of happy. it certainly did not stop me from having a good time. Usually i don't like the camera but down there i did. LOL. The lobby was great.

I loved the park so early in the morning it was so worth it and the food was good also. I would definitely go back to CP in a heartbeat. So would biff he said.

Quick question - Is this too many pics and not enough text or is it fine for a trip report.
OK so we decide to go to Pirates. Here we are entering Adventureland.
then we calmly walk through looking at the sites and I see where later I can buy a pineapple float and we soon arrive to
and then we enter and I see this.
That is all the pics I have I have of Pirates. The ride was about a 3 minute wait. I LOVE this ride. I
the updates to it with Johnny depp. it really does look like the movie.
So I took no pics in there cause others were riding with us. Now we venture off to Frontierland.
We end up here.
I look at Biff and say come on, he looks at the drop and says no way. I finally convince him and off we go. Time listed is 10 minutes but really took less than 5.
so we basically walk on without waiting to much and we got on our boat with a family in the front. We make the turn and a boat is coming down the hill and SPLASH we r soaked from head to toe.
We now approach the first hill and Biff is saying he wants off. We ride through and 3 more times i hear "Can I get off" and I say no you cannot step off.
I love the little hill in the dark, that was where he said some naughty word. I also love the inside part. But hey I'm on SM for one reason, the drop. We get to the last hill and Biff is not liking it. We chug on up it. Just about there and we go over the top and this is what happened.

I have no idea what that face is that he made but I knew I had to get the picture.
Well once I saw it I had to buy it. Such memories. We got off the ride and i was told never again. I still think it was the highlight of the trip. I never laughed so hard.
OK I have to go to work and then go see Hairspray so next installment later tonight or tomorrow.

Did u figure out the crowd level. it was not bad at all. Now mind u we were there early but I will say all day it was not bad and very manageable.

What a great TR!!! The pics are beautiful and your narration is funny and not drawn out. As for the SM picture, it looks like he's trying to hold in some puke
... I'm such a chicken myself, I've never been on SM in the 9 trips I've taken to WDW, but I am going to face my fears and go on it in September!!

Really enjoying the report so far. I personally think its a perfect mix. Your'e telling us just enough of what we need to know and the pics are adding to it. If it was my trip report i'd leave it the way it is. Thanks for sharing.
Hello fellow NY-er! 
Laguardia is always running a little late, for some reason. Better than JFK though, what is the deal w/ that?
We live in Rockland, so we have found Stewart Airport to be our fav! Small, easy parking (w/o a 15 min shuttle) and on time!! Also, Jet blue was cheaper out of stewart, just a side note!
I think the report just the way it is. The more pictures, the better, in my opinion! Love the SM picture, priceless!
Keep it coming, can't wait to read more!

Thanks. I enjoyed the soaking it was a hot day. I saw people wearing ponchos and I just could not that would take away from the experience, but that is just me.

Hello there fellow NY-er. It seems the delays are just getting worse. I have never flown out of JFK but I will be in Sep. 2008 as I go to London and Paris for 10 days. (Also going to sneak in Euro Disney)
I will have to see if it cheaper for us here to go there, thanks for the info. I certainly have more pics so we shall see what happens.
