a tip for brides trying to lose some weight...

I'm going to start climbing the stairwell in my office at lunchtime.

my roomate is in a hospital sponsored weight loss program and they said climbing stairs is the BEST workout you can get!!!

i guess because you're lifting your whole body up
 
cut out sugar!!! You would so completely amazed at how many calories you cut and how much weight you lose just from doing that!!! I went from an 8 to, well I'm almost a 0 now...depending on which brand!!! And I'm NOT underweight...just short! For me, I was chubby at an 8.

it works though...I started with going from regular Pepsi to Diet Coke...lost 6 pounds almost immediately! Cut sugar out gradually and the pounds just flew off!!!
 

Good luck! I ended up cutting snacking - no in between meals and when i did snack only healthy foods. I ended up losing 10 pounds by changing my diet! DFi cut pop out of his diet and he has really been losing too. Wishing you the best!!
