We are going to be at Disney World for 5 nights. We will be doing the parks for four days. Two of those days we plan to park hop. So, that's a total of 6 entries that we need.

The 4 Day Park Hopper is approx. $235

The 6 Day non-Hopper is approx. $208

Is there any reason we shouldn't just get the 6 day ticket? We know we won't be hopping the other two days because we have other activities planned and reserved.

Any thoughts?

I don't have an answer for you, but that is a VERY interesting question that I'd be happy to hear responses to as well! That's a way of looking at ticket purchases that I'd never thought of, and I bet a lot of others hadn't either!!

You will need to get the 4 day hopper because you can't use two day's worth of admissions on the same day. The tickets just don't work that way. 6 day tickets are less expensive because Disney wants you to stay longer, thereby spending more money on food, souveniers, hotel, etc. If it is necessary for you to park hop you will have no choice but to buy the 4 day hoppers.

If you want to hop you will need hopper passes. You can't use two days of a ticket in one day. The computer will stop you.

Thanks. That's what I wanted to know.

That's what I figured, too. Thanks.
